The plastic products which are made by ARIFCO used in this applications such as Front Grille, Blower Wheel, Fancondenser etc are the few products name to mention.
The other Plastic Produts use in Air conditioning Applications :
THE Plastic products such as Air filter, Louvers, Knob Controls, Frame Deflector, Vent Arm etc are manufactured by ARIFCO using Speical Engineering Plastic Materials such as ABS, HIPS, SAN etc with appropriate grade and specifications .
This Platic Products Moulds are fabricated in our well establised and sophisticated Tool-Room using CNC, CAD/CAM, EDM, and other Conventional Machines such as Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding Machines to Produce Required Mould with high Precise in Dimension and Quality by Using Special Tool Making Steel and Properly Hardened and get Hard Chrome to give Plastic Mould adequate life with good strength, dimension stability and Finishing etc.
Our Products was used in well Known Air conditions such as “York” “Carrier” “Mitsubishi” “Philco” “West Point””SuperGeneral” “Arandas” , “Falcon” And Electrolux. Arifco had Sophisticated Design and Tool-Room department to fabricate the moulds by using latest machines like “Electronic Discharge Machine”‘s C.N.C MACHINE and other conventional machines such as lathe,milling, surface grinder, shaper,radial drilling machine etc.. to fabricate best quality of moulds.
Arifco Plastic Products for Refrigeration Applications:
The Plastic Products used for Refrigeration Applications are produced by Engineering Plastic Material of Suitable Grade and Masterbatch to get its Engineering Properties after it has been Moulded. Arifco Parts (Engineering Products) are Moulded from Micro-processor Injection Moulding Machines. The end produced are monitored by Quality Control Department using latest Platics Testing Machines to check its Engineering Properties Such as Tensile Strength, Impact Strength etc.
